A market-data MCP server for AI agents
An MCP server at the API's address, stateless over streamable HTTP: an agent reads the offer, the 51 symbols and what a month of use would cost without a key, and candle history with yours.
- {tools_count} tools
- get_offer, list_symbols and quote_price_for answer without a key; quote_price_for prices a month of use, it is not a market quote. get_candles reads one page of candle history, oldest first, with your API key.
- Clients
- Claude Code and Cursor take the configuration below. Claude Desktop and claude.ai add the server as a custom connector; the key goes in its request headers where the account offers them, a beta not yet open to every account, and without it they reach the keyless tools.
- The key
- get_candles carries your API key in the Authorization header on every call, or in the X-API-Key header where a client or gateway keeps Authorization for itself. Both set to different keys is refused with CONFLICTING_API_KEYS. Keep the key in the agent's configuration on your machine or server, never in a web page.
- What it costs
- The 3 keyless tools cost nothing. get_candles is billed exactly like GET /v1/candles: slices of 1 000 bars, from your plan, from CHF 500 a month. An agent that keeps reading the newest page follows the symbol live: past 80% of its open hours in a month, that symbol adds CHF 150.
